Last Voyage is the most psychedelic adventure you'll have on iOS this week. Easily.

It's split into five chapters, synched to over 40 minutes of spacey music, and has visuals that could be mistaken for stills from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

It's metaphysical science fiction realised through sleek minimalism. But in terms of playing it, you're mostly out to solve puzzles.

The puzzles usually have two stages toward solving them. Firstly, as the game is deliberately abstract, you have to work out what interaction is available to you.

Secondly you then have to perform the sequence of swipes or taps correctly to advance to the next stage.

We would like you to go to this crazy game and share the best gaming tech, get out of your boredom and realize the possibilities of exposure."She is mistaken--or prejudiced.
The gamebook genre is slowly becoming more and more popular as the industry flourishes, and though it's not exactly a game in the physical sense yet the recent news about George RR Martin and Apple's collaboration may spell out some exciting stuff for the future.

Yesterday the Guardian released an article announcing that Apple released Game of Thrones: Enhanced Edition on iBooks to mark the 20th anniversary of the book's publication. With this edition the interactive features include "a world of additional content" as you can access sigils, family trees, and glossaries throughout the book.

That may not sound exciting to some but with Martin's new leap into the digital age of publishing, this could potentially lead to a grey area between the publishing and digital industry that desperately needs to be explored. Could incorporating more interactive elements into a book keep a reader's attention for longer and breathe a bit of life back into reading?

A Clash of Kings, the second in the series, is scheduled for release on October 27th, whilst A Storm of Swords is due in December.Read the full article here.

They were both silent for a little time. Then Captain Jim said very softly:
